My name is Kirsten and I am

originally from England, I discovered pilates a couple of years ago after struggling with some health issues and instantly fell in love! | have a lot of lower back pain and so some my favorite moves are bridging, short spine and swan prep, anything that stretches and strengthens the lumbar area. I also love to get my heart racing and so love Jump classes.

In my free time I love to spend time with my three boys or hike with my partner and our two cane corse pups Luna and Shadow.
