Located in Poway, our flagship Charis Pilates studio is where our journey began in 2024. This welcoming space was designed to be a sanctuary for movement, strength, and community. Featuring state-of-the-art reformers, expert instruction, and a supportive environment, our Poway studio offers a full range of classes for all fitness levels. We love our Poway community and have grown so much here in our first year.

Our studio is located in the Target and Amazon Fresh shopping center, next to the Original Pancake House.
