I discovered Pilates almost 15 years ago while looking for movement I truly enjoyed and that would also help with my posture. It quickly became a constant in my life, and I love the way it challenges both the body and mind. My favorite exercises are the sidelying leg series on any equipment, but especially the Reformer. Originally from Brazil, I’ve been living in San Diego for a little over two years and love finding new ways to exercise and have fun.
