Designed for experienced intermediate and advanced clients ready to explore more challenging Pilates repertoire. This class moves at a faster pace and incorporates advanced exercises, transitions, balance challenges, and increased strength and control.
Clients should have solid Level 2 experience, understand Pilates fundamentals, and be comfortable making appropriate modifications for their own body.
Level 2 experience is required. This class is not recommended for new clients, pregnancy, or clients currently working with an injury.
