All Levels Pilates

Centered Strength

Strong, steady, and free.

This reformer class blends balance challenges, core and glute strength, and mobility work for a full-body workout that keeps you strong and steady.
Who is it for?
All levels, ideal for building functional stability and core strength.

Balance work, glute and core focus, and foam rolling cool-down.

Renew & Revive

A Pilates massage.

Enjoy a relaxing class to rejuvenate your muscles and your mind. This class is for all levels. You will experience flow movement, stretching, and foam rolling to reduce tight muscles and soreness.
Who is it for?
Anyone needing recovery, stress relief, or a gentler practice.

What to expect

Flow movement, deep stretching, and foam rolling.

Jump & Flow

Low impact, high energy.

Low-impact Pilates with the jump board. Less intense than a Cardio Jump class, this class focuses on coordination, improved joint health and mobility, and strengthening the core and lower body. Great for bone health! Part jump board, part springboard, and stretching.
Who is it for?
All levels, especially great for bone health and joint mobility.

Jump board intervals, springboard work, and full-body stretching.

Power Pilates

Strength meets Pilates.

A dynamic Pilates class designed to build strength, improve posture, and support healthy bones and joints. With a blend of traditional Pilates, weights, standing work, and functional movements, this class challenges your whole body.
Who is it for?
All levels welcome, great for those wanting a strength-focused workout.

Weights, standing work, functional movements, and traditional Pilates.

Level 2/3: Intermediate-Advanced

Push your limits.

* instructor approval recommended Designed for experienced intermediate and advanced clients ready to explore more challenging Pilates repertoire. This class moves at a faster pace and incorporates advanced exercises, transitions, balance challenges, and increased strength and control. Clients should have solid Level 2 experience, understand Pilates fundamentals, and be comfortable making appropriate modifications for their own body. Level 2 experience is required. This class is not recommended for new clients, pregnancy, or clients currently working with an injury.
Who is it for?
Experienced Pilates practitioners with a solid reformer foundation.

What to expect

* instructor approval recommended Designed for experienced intermediate and advanced clients ready to explore more challenging Pilates repertoire. This class moves at a faster pace and incorporates advanced exercises, transitions, balance challenges, and increased strength and control. Clients should have solid Level 2 experience, understand Pilates fundamentals, and be comfortable making appropriate modifications for their own body. Level 2 experience is required. This class is not recommended for new clients, pregnancy, or clients currently working with an injury.

Level 2: Intermediate

Build on your foundation.

Building on what you have learned in Level 1, take your practice to the next level for coordination, strength, and flow. Each class incorporates a variety of challenging exercises that target all muscle groups, providing a full-body workout to challenge and inspire you.
Who is it for?
Those who have completed Level 1 or have prior Pilates experience.

What to expect

Progressive sequences, increased tempo, and greater variety.

Level 1: Beginner

The perfect place to start.

An inclusive class for those just beginning their Pilates journey, returning to fitness, pregnant, or seniors. We focus on the fundamentals of Pilates while enjoying a full-body workout to strengthen, lengthen, increase flexibility, balance, and stamina.
Who is it for?
New to Pilates, returning after a break, pregnant, or seniors.

Foundational reformer exercises, clear cueing, and a welcoming pace
